Chris Bartholomew's Review of Unabridge, Unabashed and Undead: A collection of his best Zombie short stories - by Eric S. Brown, presented by Library of the Living Dead How would you like it if your job was to 'clean up zombies' and get them ready to be clowns for birthday parties? How about being the last man on earth with a gang of ladies chasing you... and they have gray flesh that's falling off their bones. Eric's zombie tales are always new and action packed. He starts out the gate running and never stops. Some of the zombies talk, all of them are after what's left of the human race... and some of the best characters running are in this book. Eric's stories are always new and entertaining. The characters are incredible because they are ordinary people just trying to figure out what went wrong, and how they can survive... some of them know that they can't. Eric S. Brown has quite a following, and that's as it should be, if you love zombie's then I don't see how you can leave these zombies out of your collection. I recommend this book to all writers and readers who just want to be entertained by one of the greats of our time. Zombie...mmm good. Buy on amazon |
